1. ONLY Faction Leaders, Supporters, Administrators and Management members can VOTE!
2. Members of the community and the applicant's supporting members can post pictures of role-play or comments, but they CANNOT vote for the applicant such as "+1" "-1" doing that will lead to a forum ban warn.
3. Double or triple posting of the applicant or any other posters will lead to a forum ban warn.
4. Any off topic posts will be deleted and the poster will be forum ban warned.
