West Side Ballas - Territories

Even though West Side Ballas is a united gang, they decide to split territories in four bits.
Each territory can be owned by permission of the main gang leader, but there's a few common terms to obey.
Only O.G's can own a small territory (Check the picture above for the territories.) but is still under strict control of the Main leader.
He may not recruit members without permission of the main leader. And he should never kick their members without permission either.
If a outsider of WSB comes to a O.G's territory, the O.G can claim as he will be relaxing with him, and put him in work, but as above, he needs permission before recruiting him.

Yet, we wont put leaders for own territories, due to the low player-base we have at the moment, but be ready, this will be opened soon.
